Naming convention for boolean methods

Using the is prefix solves a common problem of choosing bad boolean names like status or flag. isStatus or isFlag simply doesn't fit, and the programmer is forced to chose more meaningful names. A lot of times data validation is done within the Set of a Property rather than a method so in this case you don't need to change the property name to indicate it validates the data set on it.
