WebGreat Hills Park is a City of Austin neighborhood park in a beautiful hill country setting, tucked away in northwest Austin. More than 80 acres in size, the park includes a large natural area with hiking trails, a playscape, a covered pavilion, picnic tables, exercise equipment and much more. WebThe trails were beautiful with scenery varying from dense trees to the limestone creek bed to open grassy areas. Based on the trailhead map, we aimed to follow a designated 5 mile trail, but the trails were poorly marked and we ended up on lots of smaller side trails.
