WebJun 12, 2024 · It adds a chill effect to whirlwind which causes loss of control I think. From my testing (on necro) the only loss of control i can test that procs it is stun. Knock back didnt proc it so i assume pull wont proc it. Slow doesnt proc it nore does loss of sight. I sadly coulsnt test knock up because i dont have the legendary pieces.
